Jerry passed away on April 29, 2015 in Mesa, AZ. He was born in Heber City, on April 23, 1936. He married Sandra Felt on October 4, 1957. A memorial service will be held on Sunday June 7th, at 2:00 p.m. at Jordanell State Park (HWY 40). Donations may be made to your favorite Humane Society.
